Lang XIAO is a cross-cultural communication strategist and consultant.

As the Founder of ARTouch Consulting and a Fellow of Royal Society of Arts, Lang has amassed over a decade of experience delivering exceptional services to esteemed clients in the art and cultural sector. Her impressive portfolio includes the renowned institutions such as V&A Museum, West Bund Museum and The British Library, as well as notable figures like Damien Hirst, Masterpiece Fair, Sotheby’s Institute of Art and Christie’s among others. Additionally, Lang’s clientele extends to the luxury world, encompassing properties, jewellery, and fashion brands.

Prior to founding ARTouch, Lang held positions at Informa PLC and BMW (China), and she authored segments of the PwC Global Media and Entertainment Outlook, with a focus on various sectors of the Mainland China market, for 8 years.

Lang earned her Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in Media and Communication, following her undergraduate studies at Renmin University of China in Journalism & Communication.

Having resided in London for 14 years, Lang is also a proud mother of twins. She is a native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in German at the C1 level.
